Michelle successfully supported our Senior HR Team after an organization review by providing facilitated planning with an “appreciative” approach to help reenergize them and to move them strategically forward. Michelle is an engaging facilitator who provided our workshops on “Leading UP” to assist our staff in effectively working with their managers by improving their idea generation, influence and communication skills. She is a highly skilled Organizational Development professional who works collaboratively with her clients and listens to their needs.. Her knowledge, past experiences and application of tools is brought to each encounter and not only do the participants benefit from her expertise but I always come away with a new perspective as well.
